You can easily initiate returns from your “My Orders” page after delivery, with a Rs. 150 return fee applied to all returns. For prepaid orders, the refund, minus Rs. 150, will be credited to your HAYD wallet after a quality check. For COD orders, refunds will include deductions for Rs. 150 and COD charges.
Please note, we no longer provide monetary refunds to bank accounts; all refunds are credited to your HAYD wallet for future purchases. To exchange an item, follow the same steps, and once the refund is processed, use your HAYD wallet balance to make a new purchase.
