If, for any reason, you wish to return an item, you can now initiate the return process directly from your profile's "My Orders" page after the item has been delivered to you. Simply select the item you wish to return and follow the instructions provided.
NOTE: For all returns, a nominal fee of Rs. 150 per item will be charged. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the return.
Once you've placed the return order, our courier partner will contact you to arrange for the pickup of the product and conduct a quality check. Once we've checked and picked up your item, we'll refund your HAYD wallet, deducting a Rs. 150 per item as return fee.

Please be advised that, in alignment with our updated policies, monetary refunds to your designated bank account are no longer facilitated. Instead, the refunded amount, minus the standard return fee, will be promptly credited to your HAYD wallet for future purchases on our platform.
To exchange an item, simply log in to your HAYD account, go to your orders, select the exchange option, and choose the product you wish to exchange. It’s quick and easy!
We’ve added a small fee of 100 rupees for exchanges to help cover the cost of picking up the product from your address. This allows us to keep our exchange process easy and reliable. Thank you for your understanding and for being a valued customer!
1. All returned products must be unused and in the same condition as received, with original tags attached.
2. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the specified requirements.
3. Items on clearance sale are final sale and not eligible for exchange or return.
Refunds for returned items will be processed to your HAYD wallet within a certain timeframe. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
