How to measure

Note: For measuring body dimensions, a soft, flexible, and retractable tape is ideal.

 

1. Bust
Measure the circumference around the fullest part of your chest, at nipple level.

2. Waist
Measure at your natural waistline, typically the narrowest part above the navel.

3. Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, approximately 7-9 inches below the waist.
