We are proud to say that we manufacture our own garments! From designing to cutting and stitching, everything is done in-house in our factory. We have a team of skilled professionals at our factory who are passionate about creating comfortable, stylish, and long-lasting clothing. We use only the highest-quality fabrics and materials to ensure that our clothes not only look good but also feel good. We believe it is critical to uphold ethical standards in all aspects of our business, including material sourcing and worker treatment. By manufacturing our own clothing, we can ensure that each garment is made in a fair and safe manner.
Returns & Refunds
At HAYD, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our updated return and exchange process. You can easily initiate returns from your “My Orders” page after delivery, with a Rs. 150 return fee applied to all returns. For prepaid orders, the refund, minus Rs. 150, will be credited to your HAYD wallet after a quality check. For COD orders, refunds will include deductions for Rs. 150 and COD charges.
Please note, we no longer provide monetary refunds to bank accounts; all refunds are credited to your HAYD wallet for future purchases. To exchange an item, follow the same steps, and once the refund is processed, use your HAYD wallet balance to make a new purchase.
