Returns & Refunds

At HAYD, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our updated return and exchange process. You can easily initiate returns from your “My Orders” page after delivery, with a Rs. 150 return fee applied to all returns. For prepaid orders, the refund, minus Rs. 150, will be credited to your HAYD wallet after a quality check. For COD orders, refunds will include deductions for Rs. 150 and COD charges.

Please note, we no longer provide monetary refunds to bank accounts; all refunds are credited to your HAYD wallet for future purchases.
